About Us
Bosca Capaill Pizzeria started the way a lot of good food businesses do — small, personal, and built around people.
We began as a bespoke private events operation, run by Lloyd and Ieva. Lloyd is very much the front‑of‑house character: big energy, quick wit, and a genuine love for looking after people. Ieva prefers the background — focused on detail, planning, and making sure every event feels exactly right for the people it's for. Different strengths, same standards.
For years, that world was private parties only. Weddings, birthdays, corporate nights — controlled numbers, tight service windows, and no room for mistakes. That's where our approach was shaped: prepare properly, keep things simple, serve fast, and never compromise on quality.
That approach still defines everything we do today.
Where We Are Now
In 2025, we expanded from private events into fixed locations — first near Gorey, Co. Wexford, then to Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. In 2026, we've established ourselves across North Wicklow with three distinct operations:
Kilcoole (Pub Carpark) — Our permanent weekend base, now open Friday–Sunday with stone-baked pizza.
Wicklow Village Farmers Market (Outdoor Living, N11) — Our newest location, operating as a proud founding member of the newly established Wicklow Village Farmers Market (which absorbed the long-running Kilruddery Saturday Farmers Market). A destination for weekly market shoppers and food lovers.
Mobile Events & Festivals — Our original operation, still operating across Leinster for weddings, corporate functions, and festivals — particularly strong in Wexford and across the province.
What hasn't changed is the focus. Whether you're grabbing a pizza on a Sunday afternoon, ordering delivery to your home, booking us for a celebration, or catching us at the farmers market, the goal is the same:
great food, fast service, and an experience people genuinely enjoy being part of.

We serve Italian‑style pizzas with unique topping combinations you won't find anywhere else in Ireland — cooked quickly, finished properly, and handed over with a bit of personality. The horsebox might look vintage, but the operation behind it is tight — which means service stays calm and your pizza arrives hot, balanced, and on time.

We now offer online ordering and delivery across North Wicklow and South Dublin. Order directly via Nibble.ie (our preferred platform) or Just Eat (if that's where you shop), and we'll deliver to:
